Sacrament Info

I personally grow every single one of these mushrooms.

I Grow every Single Mushroom

Golden Teacher mushrooms are, hands down, my favorite strain of psilocybin mushroom. They are my favorite to grow, ingest, and share. Golden Teacher mushrooms are the most used, best understood, and most predictable strain, making them great for microdosing. You will love them! And they will love you!

I love working with Golden Teacher mushrooms.

I love worshipping with them. I love sharing them with others.

microdosing Protocol Guidance

Sara Call, a psilocybin guide at unboundandfree.co, advises people to start with a widely-accepted microdosing protocol, such as the protocol designed by James Fadiman, track each day’s dose (or non-dose) and your experience-, and, then, let that data and intuition guide you. Sara notes that she varies her own days and doses based on how she is feeling and what she has going on.

James Fadiman Protocol : (1 on, 2 off)

Day 1 (Dosing Day): Take a microdose in the morning
Day 2 (Afterglow): No dose
Day 3 (Baseline): No dose

Repeat this cycle

Day 4 (Dosing Day): Take a microdose in the morning
Days 5 & 6: No dose

Community can be a nice and helpful aspect of a microdosing regime. You can explore this with your friend circle and/or though a group course with a professional guide, such as Sara Call or Lindsay at ThetaDrop.

Fireside Project — A Support Resource

Psychedelic experiences can sometimes be unexpected, overwhelming, or difficult to process—both during the experience and afterward. Fireside Project provides free, confidential, nonjudgmental peer support for people who are navigating a psychedelic experience or trying to make sense of one afterward.

Trained volunteers are available by phone or text to listen, help people feel grounded, and provide a supportive space without judgment. It’s a resource worth knowing about—even if you never expect to need it.

Call or text 62-FIRESIDE (623-473-7433) or visit Fireside Project.

Fireside Project is not a medical or mental-health emergency service. In an emergency or if someone may be in danger, call 911 or local emergency services.
