Our Approach to Returns
Because our sacraments are grown, hand-prepared, and meant for personal consumption, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This is both a matter of quality and of care — what leaves our hands should stay sealed and untouched until it reaches yours.
If something isn’t right, we still want to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin preparing orders quickly, cancellation requests can only be honored within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Refunds
Where a refund is owed — for a damaged, incorrect, or lost order — it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s on its way.
